Summary: The IT Tester role focuses on validating software through various testing methodologies, including user acceptance, functional, and system testing. The position requires the development of test scripts and the execution of load tests to identify performance issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Test IT systems and processes; build defined test scripts for completion.
- Run test scripts or scenarios to validate software.
- Test all aspects of application components for compliance with the provided specifications.
- Run load tests to isolate performance issues.
- Provide technical/non-technical knowledge transfer of testing processes. Provide training to new users and take the lead when troubleshooting system problems.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years' experience in document management or information governance.
- 1+ years' experience using testing tools and software for managing test cases and tracking defects.
- Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), functional testing, and system testing.
- Experience in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience working in Kofax.
- Familiarity with document workflows.
- Experience with IBM FileNet.
- General understanding and experience with Case Foundation, Content Manager, and Enterprise Records Foundation.
