Summary: Required for a fully remote contract, a System Architect / IS Solution Architect with a strong SAP and integration background is sought. The role involves migrating information between PLM platforms and creating target architecture for IT domains. The ideal candidate will have experience in system architecture and a solid understanding of production environments. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for migrating information from one PLM platform to another.
- Plan, structure, and implement the migration of information.
- Create and own target architecture for IT domains.
- Define and approve IS solutions for production environments with a focus on quality, security, and compliance.
- Design and ensure robust integrations between different systems such as SAP, Windchill, and surrounding systems.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in system architecture, solution architecture, or related fields.
- Strong background in SAP (preferably S/4HANA).
- Experience in system integrations (API, middleware, event-driven architecture, SAP integrations).
- Experience in both cloud and on-prem environments.
- Ability to work in complex, global organizations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (required).
- Knowledge of SAP BTP or similar integration platforms.
- Experience in IoT, edge, or data platforms.
- Good understanding of processes in production, logistics, or supply chain.
