Our Fortune 100 client is looking for an IT Systems Analyst for a 7 month assignment (through November) with potential for extension. This position is a part of our client's initiative of implementing Planview Portfolios and will collaborate closely with project portfolio analysts and data scientists to analyze historical IT project management data and contribute to AI-driven forecasting solutions that estimate project effort and duration for new and upcoming work. Day to day this resource will be gathering functional and technical requirements via user stories, acceptance criteria and team boards, and also translating business objectives into technical, data, and AI-relevant requirements, including model performance expectations, data quality needs, and system integration considerations. Experience with Planview Portfolios, including internal configurations is highly preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing functional and technical requirements for building AI solutions leveraging highly complex and unstructured datasets.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard techniques and tools to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze requirements.
  • Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies with experience leading or facilitating Agile team ceremonies.
  • Ability to define and document data-related requirements, including data sources, quality expectations, integration points, and governance constraints.
