DPP is seeking an IT Support Technician for a fully remote opportunity with our client in Herndon, VA.
Work arrangement:

  • Fully remote but must be working from the Eastern time zone.
  • W2 position; 12 months
  • ship is required for this role.
Position summary:
  • As the IT Support Technician II, you will be using your skills and expertise to provide computer, hardware, and software support to our employees.
  • You'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing desktop/laptop computers and network equipment, providing personal computer, hardware, and software support and installing attendant software.
  • You'll investigate the information, network, and communications needs of the organization s employees and make recommendations regarding software and hardware purchases to meet those needs.
