Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience supporting PCs in a Windows Active Directory environment
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, and TCP/IP
  • Experience with PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and asset management
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotations
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced, multi-user environment
  • Exposure to Microsoft administration, mobile device management, and RF technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication across teams and stakeholders
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Lewisberry, PA is seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Tech II to join a dynamic team supporting a fulfillment center environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining IT systems and ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced setting.

Key Tasks:
* Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve application, hardware, and network issues to minimize operational disruptions
* Customer Engagement: Provide clear, effective support while delivering a positive end-user experience
* Help Desk Management: Document, track, and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring accurate records
* Collaboration: Partner with local and remote IT teams, as well as operations leadership, to deliver timely solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* PC Support Experience: Hands-on experience supporting PCs in a Windows Active Directory environment
* Networking Knowledge: Understanding of DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, and TCP/IP
* Technical Skills: Experience with PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and asset management
* 24/7 Support Participation: Ability to participate in on-call rotations
* Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced, multi-user environment
* IT Experience: Exposure to Microsoft administration, mobile device management, and RF technologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
