We are seeking a senior IT Software Engineer / Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and delivery ownership for a team building and operating scalable, cloud-native applications on AWS.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, CI/CD, Docker, distributed systems, and cloud architecture, along with demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and driving technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software engineers in delivering business-critical applications.
- Establish technical direction, architecture decisions, and engineering standards.
- Design and develop scalable Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
- Drive AWS cloud adoption and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability requirements.
- Promote DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted development practices.
- Support incident resolution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers and help develop technical talent.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive successful delivery of complex cloud-native solutions across cross-functional teams.

- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in a technical lead/leadership capacity.
