Summary: The IT Site Lead is responsible for overseeing all IT operations at a designated site, acting as the primary contact for local IT services. This role ensures the reliability and security of IT infrastructure while coordinating with regional and global IT teams to meet business objectives. The position requires strong leadership in managing onsite IT support and maintaining compliance with IT policies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary IT contact for the assigned site and provide leadership for local IT operations.
  • Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and end-user computing services.
  • Manage and coordinate onsite IT support activities, including incident resolution and service requests.
  • Monitor and maintain site IT assets, hardware, software, and technology inventory.
  • Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and technology projects at the site level.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, security requirements, and compliance guidelines.
