Key Responsibilities:

Job Title: IT Quality Assurance Analyst (Salesforce)

Client: State of Vermont Cannabis Control Board (CCB)
Location: Remote (Occasional onsite in Montpelier, VT not expected)
Work Hours: 7:45 AM 4:30 PM EST
Duration: ~12 months (with possible extension)

Project Overview 
The Vermont Cannabis Control Board (CCB) manages licensing and regulation of cannabis businesses using a Salesforce-based application.

The system supports:
  • Licensing (cultivators, retailers, employees)
  • Inventory tracking (seed-to-sale)
  • Payments and renewals
  • Regulatory compliance
The QA Analyst will support system stabilization, defect resolution, and ongoing enhancements, working closely with business, development, and product teams.
