Summary: We are looking for an IT Project Portfolio Analyst Lead in our Enterprise Resource Project Management Organization (ERPMO). This contractor position involves fulfilling the Project and Portfolio Support (PPS) role and assisting internal customers using the Planview ProjectPlace solution. The role requires significant experience in IT project planning and analysis, with a focus on providing consulting services and improving project management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides consulting services on moderately complex questions and issues regarding all aspects of the project/program management lifecycle.
- Provides guidance, including recommendations/interpretation, on project and program processes and standards.
- Conducts assessments and peer-type reviews on moderately complex IT projects and/or program deliverables.
- Maintains and manages the service's team service request work queue.
- Leads the development and continuous improvement of standards and/or processes and contributes to development of Enterprise-wide standards and/or processes, with an emphasis on IT schedules.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in an IT analyst, IT project planning/scheduling role, or some combination of the two.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business or IT discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in an IT analyst, IT project planning/scheduling role, or some combination of the two.
