Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project oversight and manage the end-to-end delivery of a systems integration project.
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements, track progress, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure integrations between CCaaS platforms, SaaS applications, and APIs are delivered effectively.
- Manage dependencies, timelines, and deliverables in an Agile environment.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure best practice project delivery standards.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record as an IT Project Manager, ideally within a Contact Centre / CCaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of systems integration projects and the critical tasks involved.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and API integrations.
- Solid grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
