Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of DMS and workflow initiatives
- Manage and drive an outsourced development team
- Facilitate key agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Ensure strong governance across risk, compliance, and controls
- Own project planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Drive quality, usability, and UI outcomes
Key Skills:
- Proven IT Project Manager/Delivery Manager experience
- Experience of working in a similar Professional Services organisation (Legal, Consulting etc)
- Experience acting as Scrum Master or working in hybrid PM/Scrum roles
- Understanding of DMS (or similar) - ideally
- Strong PMO/governance and structured delivery approach
- Experience managing offshore or outsourced teams
- Solid understanding of risk, compliance, and data sensitivity
- DMS or workflow system experience (desirable).

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with Scrum experience to lead the delivery of a new Document Management System (DMS) alongside a workflow optimisation programme, for a gloabl professional services oprganisation.
This is a delivery-focused role (70% PM/30% Scrum), combining strong governance and stakeholder management with hands-on agile facilitation.
You'll manage an outsourced development team, drive progress, and ensure delivery of a high-quality, user-focused solution.

- Proven IT Project Manager/Delivery Manager experience
- Experience of working in a similar Professional Services organisation (Legal, Consulting etc)
