Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) initiatives focused on Oracle Xstore POS and core payment systems. This role primarily focuses on project financial management, forecasting, governance reporting, and executive communication within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage project financials (budget vs. actuals, forecasts, burn rates)
- Prepare financial reports and executive status updates for leadership and governance forums
- Support TLM execution tracking including milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with Finance, IT teams, and Vendors for:
- Invoicing
- Accrual tracking
- Funding updates & financial impacts
- Maintain project delivery artifacts:
- Status reports
- RAID logs
- Dashboards
- Executive presentations
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of IT Project / Program Management experience
