Summary: The IT Project Manager role is a pivotal position within a global leader in media production technology, focusing on a 12-month fixed-term contract for a significant IT transformation initiative. The successful candidate will manage the consolidation of local systems into a unified global landscape, ensuring the effective implementation of cloud-based platforms and Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and the ability to influence IT strategies across multiple regions. Occasional travel to offices in Watford and High Wycombe is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global IT transformation projects, managing scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate the migration of disparate legacy systems into new centralised solutions (cloud, D365, Business Central)
- Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and project plans
- Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, quality-driven implementations
- Proactively identify risks and blockers, recommending and implementing corrective actions
- Regularly report on progress to senior stakeholders, including Group IT and Transformation leadership
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering complex IT projects across multiple regions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Business Central)
- Demonstrable experience managing cloud migrations and enterprise-level system integrations
- Hands-on project management skills with familiarity in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Technically confident able to liaise with architects, developers, and vendors effectively
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable at C-level
- Experience working in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment

The Opportunity

You will play a critical role in managing the technical delivery of cloud-based platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Business Central), and other enterprise tools ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and integration across the group.
