IT Project Manager Global Transformation (12-Month FTC) - Remote with occasional travel to their offices to Watford and High Wycombe

The Opportunity

Theyre hiring an experienced IT Project Manager for a pivotal 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will lead the delivery of a global transformation initiative focused on consolidating multiple local systems into a harmonised global landscape. You will play a critical role in managing the technical delivery of cloud-based platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Business Central), and other enterprise tools ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and integration across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global IT transformation projects, managing scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate the migration of disparate legacy systems into new centralised solutions (cloud, D365, Business Central)
• Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and project plans
• Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, quality-driven implementations
• Proactively identify risks and blockers, recommending and implementing corrective actions
• Regularly report on progress to senior stakeholders, including Group IT and Transformation leadership

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects across multiple regions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Business Central)
• Demonstrable experience managing cloud migrations and enterprise-level system integrations
• Hands-on project management skills with familiarity in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Technically confident able to liaise with architects, developers, and vendors effectively
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable at C-level
• Experience working in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment

Desirable

• Experience in the broadcast/media industry
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, data integration, and information governance
