IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the migration of data from multiple regional Legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA, supporting the move towards a single source of truth.
• Work closely with the implementation partner to manage project delivery, timelines, dependencies and key milestones.
• Oversee data migration activities, ensuring effective planning, coordination, validation and readiness for deployment.
• Manage stakeholders across IT, business functions and regional teams to ensure alignment throughout the migration.
• Support change management activities, ensuring the business is prepared for the transition to the new platform.
• Coordinate pre-go-live activities, including testing, training readiness, data validation and cutover planning.
• Support go-live and post-implementation activities to ensure a smooth transition and minimise business disruption.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, providing regular progress updates to key stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex system migrations or ERP transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA, and the challenges associated with migrating from Legacy platforms.
• Experience managing data migration activities, particularly consolidating data from multiple systems into a centralised solution.
• Demonstrable experience working with external implementation partners and managing third-party delivery.
• Strong understanding of change management, business readiness and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting testing, training preparation, cutover and go-live activities.
• Excellent project governance, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple business functions and regional teams within a complex organisation.
