Summary: The IT Project Manager at STAND 8 will oversee the operational execution of a high-volume portfolio of web-based design and development projects. This role involves translating strategic direction into actionable project plans while managing resources, timelines, and budgets. The position requires a proactive project manager who can navigate risks and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment. The role is remote and based in Syosset, New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans in coordination with internal teams, assign resources, and set deadlines.
- Monitor progress by identifying and resolving bottlenecks or risks to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
- Translate strategic direction and stakeholder feedback into practical project plans.
- Ensure all internal project resources are aligned by organizing internal team meetings to maintain momentum and clarity with project tasks.
- Proactively identify issues that could affect timelines or quality and take steps to mitigate them.
- Provide regular project status reports to supervisors and internal stakeholders, outlining progress, potential risks, and solutions.
- Ensure that all projects meet organizational standards for quality and performance.
- Support web design and development projects across audits, remediation, redesigns, rebuilds, graphic design, email, PDF, print, UX/UI, QA, and delivery workflows.
- Coordinate release-related processes, including code repository workflows, tagging, staging, and production release activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and communicate with Client Account Manager for follow up.
- In addition to the specific duties outlined above, you may be required to perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or management.
Key Skills:
- Experience with project management software ClickUp
- Experience managing a technical project, such as a website, through all steps of the software development cycle
- Experience managing graphic design, digital, print and PDF production projects
- Ability to adapt to strict client requirements for data handling and general security best practices and processes
- Fluent in English
- Eastern (GMT-5) working hours
- Waterfall and agile methodology is a plus
- Experience with video projects is a plus
- Content Management System (Drupal, WordPress, Shopify, AEM) experience-as a user or content manager-is a plus

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $40 - $45 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
