Summary: The IT Project Manager will oversee a customer migration programme, transitioning approximately 20 customers into a new operational and technical environment. This role involves coordinating data and workflow migrations, managing timelines, and serving as the liaison among customers, operational teams, and technical stakeholders. The position is a 6-month contract and is classified as outside IR35. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end customer migration projects
- Build and maintain detailed migration/project plans
- Coordinate stakeholders across technical and operational teams
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies and delivery progress
- Translate customer and contractual requirements into delivery plans
- Support discussions around infrastructure, security, workflows and systems connectivity
- Maintain strong governance and documentation standards throughout delivery
Key Skills:
- Must have previous customer or customer data migration experience
- Experience managing technical and business stakeholders
- Strong documentation and governance capability
- Experience working within SaaS, systems, software or IT environments
- Agile/Prince2/PMP certifications
- Mailroom/document management systems exposure (nice to have)
