Summary: The IT Project Manager role involves leading Supply Chain Management Dispatcher solutions for a renowned logistics organization. The position requires managing project resources, ensuring compliance with company standards, and delivering high-quality project documentation. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing management presentations and managing service providers to meet performance criteria. This is a contract position with a focus on small to medium-scale projects within agreed timescales and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all project resources to deliver small and medium-scale projects within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Undertake detailed project work, managing the project through all key stages from initiation to closure.
- Prepare and maintain all required project documentation to professional quality standards with weekly progress reporting.
- Ensure project teams comply with company standards and that all documentation is reviewed and approved.
- Prepare and deliver management presentations to internal and external customers in line with business requirements.
- Manage service providers to ensure high quality, value-for-money solutions to agreed criteria and within defined key performance indicators.
Key Skills:
- At least 5 years' experience in a large international environment (preferably within logistics).
- 2-5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing project teams.
- Experience with ERP Financials Migration projects.
- Integration of a Supply Chain Management Dispatcher solution to an ERP system with a focus on Inventory Management/Costing is preferred.
- Experience participating in workshops to collect requirements and conduct gap analysis.

You will be focused on leading Supply Chain Management Dispatcher solutions for a renowened Logistics Organisation.
Responsibilities
- Manage all project resources to deliver small and medium-scale projects within agreed timescales and to agreed budgets.
- Undertake detailed project work, managing the project through all key stages from initiation to project closure.
- Prepare and maintain all required project documentation, such as project plans, budgets, risks and issue logs, change control forms, business requirements, specifications, test scripts, cutover plans, etc., to professional quality standards with weekly progress reporting.
- Ensure project teams comply with company standards and that all documentation is reviewed and approved.
- Prepare and deliver management presentations to internal and external customers in line with business requirements.
- Manage service providers to ensure they consistently deliver high quality, value-for-money solutions to agreed criteria and within defined key performance indicators.
Essential Experience Needed
- At least 5 years' experience in a large international environment (preferably within logistics)
