Key Responsibilities

• Job Description: Seeking a senior-level IT Program Management / PMO professional with strong experience leading large-scale enterprise integration and migration initiatives within complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Lead enterprise-wide program/project management initiatives with executive-facing governance responsibilities.
• Manage multiple workstreams within a large integration program.
• Drive and coordinate multi-vendor delivery teams, with a strong focus on SAP-related initiatives.
• Oversee migration projects involving SAP, Callidus, and migration to SAP HANA.
• Ensure successful integration across platforms including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Aggressively manage program risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery timelines.
• Provide portfolio/program management oversight in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.
• Act as an independent lead capable of driving initiatives with minimal oversight.

• SAP-focused Program Experience
• Required Experience- Strong IT PMO / Program Management background.
• Experience managing large-scale distribution or enterprise transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-vendor environments (most critical requirement).
• Experience leading SAP-focused initiatives and integration programs.
• Strong governance, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams across a single large program.
• SAP and Callidus experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Insurance industry experience highly valued, especially in: Distribution, Licensing, Contracting, Commissions
• Methodology - Hybrid delivery model with heavier emphasis on Waterfall methodologies.
