Key Responsibilities:
- End to end responsibility for the delivery of the assigned IT Projects within time, cost, scope, and quality tolerances.
- Adherence to the IT Services PMO Governance framework to ensure all project outputs are produced in line with the documented standards for delivery and done so a timely manner.
- Creation of the project plan, resource profile and budget required to deliver the project, collaborating with the project team to ensure that the team are aligned to and bought into their deliverables.
- Management and maintenance of appropriate project documentation such as PID, plan, budget, and resource profiles using best practice tools.
- Definition, agreement and communication of the project roles, responsibilities and organisation.
- Create, document, and assign appropriate work packages to team members, using workflow tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Ensure delivery by regularly monitoring, updating, and reviewing the project plan, critical path and key milestones.
- Ensure project success by actively managing, controlling, and documenting RAIDD (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions) and changes using best practice techniques.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SDLC, Integration, Testing, PMO, Prince 2, and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create and manage project documentation effectively.

My Higher Education client seeks a dynamic, intelligent and astute IT Project Manager with +5 years solid IT, Project Management and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
The IT Project Manager is a key member of the IT Services Project Management Office (PMO). The role holder will act as an ambassador for project delivery across IT and the institution. With a background in technology, the IT Project Manager will use their experience and leadership capability to help shape and delivery technology projects, which serve the wider Digital agenda. KEY MUST HAVE S ARE: SDLC, INTEGRATION, TESTING, PMO, PRINCE 2 & AGILE.
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for:
