Duties:
Translate Human Resources business needs into AI-enabled use cases, design end-to-end processes, and define AI-specific requirements.
This role requires strong delivery planning, cross-team coordination, UAT planning, defect triage, and release readiness expertise.
The candidate will ensure solution viability, support architecture governance, manage release activities, and drive continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions in a complex, cross-functional environment.
