IT Programme Manager / Software / Product Launch / Automation / Health Care / Fixed Term Contract / FTC / Remote / UK Applicants OnlyInitial Duration 6 months, with potential for extension/permanentSalary Based on 70K (Full Year Salary)Location Remote Due to fit and proper checks only UK based applicants can be considered.I am lucky enough to be working exclusively with a leading business in the Mental Health/Medical diversity sector.Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an IT Programme Manager on a fixed term basis initially for 6 months, the role is fully remote, but you must be UK based (already).I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the successful launch of my client s innovative new software platform.In this critical contract role, you will be responsible for orchestrating and coordinating all aspects of the internal and external launch, ensuring seamless execution and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).IT Programme Manager Specification Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan, outlining project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, pr, growth, case management, and operations, to align launch activities and ensure smooth execution. Manage and mitigate risks associated with the launch, developing contingency plans as needed. Work with PR and marketing to develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the launch process. Track and report on project progress, identifying potential challenges and implementing corrective actions. Conduct post-launch evaluations to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future launches. Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines. Proven experience in IT program management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery. Experience in launching complex software platforms or products. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience in the Health Tech sector. Knowledge of dealing with Highly Confidential data security PMP or Agile certifications.
