- Business facing role – must be presentable, well-spoken, polished, able to speak with senior level stakeholders, professional through and through
Required Skills:
8+ years in Experience in product management, business analysis, product ownership, retail systems, or a closely related role.
Experience with inventory, sales audit, invoice matching, accounts payable, receiving, merchandising, or retail financial processes.
Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
Ability to coordinate work across business and technology teams and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience working with enterprise retail or financial systems and integrations.
Ability to work effectively in an agile or structured delivery environment.
Experience with Oracle Retail, including RMS, ReSA, ReIM, and ELC/ALC.
Retail, CPG, or multi-banner experience.
