Summary: The IT PMO Analyst Lead role is a remote position for a Fortune 100 client based near Cleveland, OH, focusing on program and portfolio management. Key Responsibilities:

Detailed Description From Employer:

Our direct, F100 client headquartered near Cleveland, OH is looking to hire a REMOTE IT PMO Analyst Lead for a 12-month, extendable contract position. They're looking for someone to serve in a Program/Portfolio Management Office function, and you would be responsbile for areas such as resource management and staffing, financial monitoring and forecasting, and overall program governance and communications (program health, risk management, status reports, change management, etc). Candidates can work remotely within the US, but must be able to follow an ET schedule.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for program-level staffing and resource management. This includes working with Program PMs to gather resource forecasts and partnering with internal staffing functions or external staffing functions to secure and onboard staff.
  • Work with the Program Manager and Program PMs to adjust and optimize ongoing resource utilization as well and assess and recommend ways to mitigate staffing risks.
  • Work with Program Leadership and Financial Control to forecast, monitor and report on all program-level financials including hardware, software, capital labor, internal labor, incidental expenditures, and potential credits/tax credits.
  • Lead financial impact assessments and reforecasts when changes to program scope, timeline or labor estimates occur.
  • Work with Program Managers and Sponsors to ensure a structure is in place for effective governance and communications across the program and to Program Stakeholders. This needs to cover program processes and responsibilities, overall program health and status, risks, change requests, OCM, and vendor management. Effective use of tools such as SharePoint, Teams channels, AzDO boards, and managed e-mail (Outlook) distribution is expected.

Essential Skills:
