Summary: The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will lead and manage large technical projects, ensuring alignment with client outcomes and business strategies. This role involves directing the integration of technical aspects across projects, conducting analyses, and overseeing financial compliance. The manager will also facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution. Strong program management and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
- Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
- Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
- Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Defining and managing project schedules, resources and delivery commitments
- Managing Scrum standup meetings
- Setting up tasks using the CA Agile Central tool
- Performing data collection and analysis activities using MS Excel
- Conducting weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and the project is kept on target
- Collaborating with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Creating/Updating project status reports for program rollup and management review
- Mitigating and managing project risks and issues
