Summary: The IT Infrastructure Manager will lead a post-merger integration project for a global organization, focusing on aligning IT infrastructure across multiple regions including Europe, the Americas, and APAC. This role requires a senior infrastructure subject matter expert to provide technical oversight and coordination while ensuring successful separation and transformation of global IT environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support regional IT leads across EMEA, Americas, APAC, and China
  • Act as a central point of coordination and quality assurance across the programme

  • Act as SPOC for key external stakeholders

IT Infrastructure Manager - Fully Remote Post-Merger Integration Project Contract | 12+ Months | Remote (UK-based) | ASAP Start

We are supporting a global organisation undergoing a large-scale post-merger integration programme and are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Integration Manager to play a critical role in delivering a complex TSA exit. This is a unique opportunity to work across a multi-region, enterprise-scale transformation, aligning IT infrastructure across Europe, the Americas, and APAC.

The Role

You will act as a senior infrastructure SME and integration lead, working closely with regional IT heads to ensure the successful separation and transformation of global IT environments. Operating across a decentralised structure, you will provide technical oversight, quality assurance, and coordination across multiple infrastructure domains while driving alignment across regions. This is not a traditional project management role – it requires strong hands-on infrastructure knowledge, stakeholder influence, and a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
