Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading and managing the rollout of Windows 11 across a large user base.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless migration of SAN, LAN, and VXLAN.
  • Work with various vital systems, ensuring their integration with the new Windows environment.
  • Coordinate with existing team members to enhance the efficiency of the Windows 11 implementation.

Key Skills:

  • Understanding of LAN/WAN.
  • Hands-on technical experience with SCCM, Intune, Azure.
  • Involvement in Windows 10 to 11 migration projects using MECM, Intune, Autopilot, and PowerShell automation.
  • Understanding of VPN.
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments across multi-tenant environments.
  • Experience with VMWare and VEEAM backup integration for SAN migration.
  • Microsoft Teams policy management, Exchange, Lync, and Skype integrations.
  • Experience with Power BI, SSRS, SCOM, Sentinel, and Endpoint Analytics for reporting and monitoring.

Our market leading service provider are looking to onboard a team of 4 Infrastructure Engineer that MUST have active NPPV3 or have held it in the past 8 months. You will be supporting a large scale rollout and migration. The role itself will be fully remote and also offer a 6 month rolling contract for all positions.

In terms of top skills, please see the below. This is an ideal, however if you tick most but nit all of the boxes, that is perfectly acceptable.

  • LAN/WAN: Understanding
  • SCCM, Intune, Azure, hands on technical experience
  • Windows 11 Rollout: involvement in Windows 10 to 11 migration projects using MECM, Intune, Autopilot, and PowerShell automation
  • VPN: Understanding
  • Virtual Desktop: Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments across multi-tenant environments
  • SAN Migration: Experience with VMWare, and VEEAM backup integration
