Summary: We have an immediate opening for an IT Delivery Lead with a global hospitality client, focusing on enterprise technology delivery initiatives across multiple platforms and teams. The role involves driving roadmaps, managing cross-functional delivery efforts, and coordinating dependencies and risks while collaborating with various stakeholders. This position is fully remote, emphasizing the need for strong leadership in technology delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile and project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise technology delivery initiatives across multiple teams/workstreams
- Build and manage delivery roadmaps, schedules, and governance processes
- Coordinate Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery efforts
- Identify/manage dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Communicate delivery updates to PMO, leadership, and executive stakeholders
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, engineering, vendors, and business teams
Key Skills:
- 10+ years in technology/product environments
- 4+ years in Agile delivery management or project/program delivery leadership
- Experience leading enterprise-scale cross-functional initiatives
- Strong background with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Experience with vendor coordination and stakeholder management
- Strong executive communication and delivery governance experience
