Summary: The IT/Cyber Security Project Manager will oversee project management within the IT and Cyber Security domains, focusing on planning, resource management, and risk mitigation. Duties:
- IT/Cyber Security Project Management experience
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Resource Management: Assemble and lead project teams, assigning tasks and providing direction to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Project Management tool utilization (MS Project, JIRA, Service NOW, etc.)
- Project management methodologies (waterfall, agile)
- Project Tracking/Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and criteria to completion of project
- Compiling project updates from all areas under Enterprise Vulnerability Management team for monthly leadership meeting
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates on project status
