Summary: The IT Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Consultant will play a critical role in delivering BCDR programs for a prominent consultancy, focusing on a key project within the Transport industry. The position requires strong facilitation skills and the ability to create actionable documentation for diverse stakeholders. The role is primarily remote and is initially set for a duration of four weeks. The consultant must have proven experience in large enterprise environments and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to recovery objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) programs in large enterprise environments.
- Facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and dependency mapping.
- Create practical runbooks based on service-led continuity planning.
- Understand regulatory and business requirements for Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO).
- Produce clear, actionable documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs.
- Strong facilitation skills for BIA workshops.
- Knowledge of service-led continuity planning.
- Hands-on experience creating practical runbooks.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) programs in large enterprise environments.
- Strong facilitation skills for Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and dependency mapping.
- Knowledge of service-led continuity planning and hands-on experience creating practical runbooks.
