Summary: The role of IT Business Analyst with eQMS involves serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to implement and optimize electronic Quality Management Systems. The position requires translating business needs into functional and technical requirements while ensuring compliance and scalability. This is a contract position that allows for remote work or can be based in Philadelphia, PA. The candidate will support various project activities including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize initiatives and manage backlogs.
- Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and validation.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Support change management activities including training, documentation, and user adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement using data, user feedback, and performance metrics.
