Summary: The role of IT Business Analyst with eQMS involves serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to implement and optimize electronic Quality Management Systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize initiatives and manage backlogs.
- Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and validation.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Support change management activities including training, documentation, and user adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement using data, user feedback, and performance metrics.
