Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities within the WMS domain, supporting supply chain and distribution operations.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Support end-to-end WMS implementations and rollout activities across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Configuration, QA, and Business Operations.
- Analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Participate in solution design, system configuration, and deployment activities.
- Ensure smooth rollout execution and post-implementation support.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
