Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, and IT stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Create business requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Support system implementations, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to improve business performance and decision-making.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment between business and IT teams.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain or Information Systems or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
