Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the system manager for key enterprise applications, overseeing configuration, administration, and ongoing technical management for NetSuite, Concur, Celigo, and Coupa.
  • Serve as a technical expert, providing advanced troubleshooting, guidance, and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.
  • Handle escalations for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with affected parties.
  • Develop, review, and maintain code/scripts/integrations as needed to support application integrations, automation, and enhancements.
  • Advise internal stakeholders, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure business needs are well-communicated and met.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals and IT standards.
  • Create detailed use cases or workflow diagrams to support solution design and implementation, ensuring technical requirements are clearly communicated.
  • Manage continuous improvement of major software systems.
  • Collaborate with Business Teams (Finance) and IT teams to streamline workflows, resolve system issues, and ensure data accuracy and compliance across financial operations.
  • Support system design, testing, and implementation to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
  • Manage and optimize systems including NetSuite, Coupa, Celigo, and Concur to support accounting, procurement, expense management, and asset tracking processes.
  • Act as system administrator for NetSuite, Coupa, Celigo, and Concur, with responsibilities to oversee user provisioning and first line support.
  • Develop test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate deliverables.
  • Assist in managing change requests and impact analysis.
  • Serve as a point of contact between IT and business teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams; influence decisions and facilitate consensus.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and systems; proactively share those opportunities and evaluate risks associated with business decisions that may impact capability enablement.
  • Contribute to technology roadmap assessments and business alignment.
