Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage biomedical/clinical engineering projects across hospitals, clinics, and health systems
- Develop detailed project charters, work breakdown structures, timelines, and risk mitigation plans
- Lead cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholders through the full project lifecycle
- Coordinate training, deployment, and implementation activities for clinical engineering solutions
- Maintain all required project documentation, workflows, and communications in alignment with PMO standards
- Conduct root cause analyses and propose process improvements
- Prepare and present updates to senior leadership and operational teams
- Ensure that projects are executed in alignment with healthcare policies, regulatory standards, and patient care objectives
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of project management experience within a healthcare, clinical engineering, or biomedical technology setting
- Strong understanding of biomedical equipment systems, clinical workflows, or healthcare delivery environments
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience developing project plans, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and delivering successful outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Healthcare Technology Management, or a related field
- PMP certification or equivalent training (preferred but not required)
