Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- 3+ years of experience in AI agents, MLOps, model evaluation, and AI governance (nice to have).
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
- Expert knowledge of software engineering, cloud platforms, and data engineering.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and intelligent automation frameworks.

Job Description:
Provides technical leadership on highly complex technology, data, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and enterprise application initiatives. Serves as a subject matter expert and technical thought leader responsible for defining system scope, objectives, architecture, and solution design for software applications, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled business capabilities. Designs, develops, and implements scalable solutions including enterprise applications, automation workflows, machine learning models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, generative AI solutions, intelligent agents, and data-driven decision support systems. Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends innovative approaches that improve operational efficiency, business outcomes, and user experience while ensuring scalability, security, governance, and maintainability.
Leads the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of complex applications and AI-driven solutions. Prepares detailed functional and technical specifications, solution architectures, data models, and implementation roadmaps. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and quality assurance while maintaining expert knowledge of software engineering, cloud platforms, data engineering, AI/ML technologies, large language models (LLMs), vector databases, semantic search, and intelligent automation frameworks. May lead multiple concurrent initiatives, provide technical guidance and mentorship to other technical resources, establish best practices, conduct architecture and quality reviews, and drive adoption of innovative technologies that support enterprise transformation and business objectives.
