Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality, innovative tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
  • Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session.
  • Maintain a personalized database for licensure and personal information.
  • Keep availability calendar up to date.
  • Communicate regularly with clinical leadership and respond to emails within 24 hours.
  • Collaborate with a care team including health coaches, other therapists, and external providers.

Key Skills:

  • Availability to offer at least 5 sessions per week.
  • Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, etc.).
  • Knowledge and commitment to providing culturally responsive care.
  • Ability to deliver concurrent documentation.
  • Familiarity with care delivery technology and EMR systems.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work within interdisciplinary teams.
  • 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy.
  • Licensed Psychologist, LISW, LMFT, or LMHC with an independent clinical license.
  • BC-TMH credential, if required by state of license.
