- Configure and maintain Patient/Non-Patient Master Files, CDM, R&B, PRM, HPPI, OML, IPLAN, and related PA profiles.
- Support billing, claims, insurance validation, adjustments, and Revenue Cycle workflows.
- Participate in implementations, upgrades, testing, validation, and production deployments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application support and system enhancements.
