Investor Relations & Content Marketing Specialist

About The Role

Our client is looking for a highly capable Investor Relations & Content Marketing Specialist to join an independent Dubai real estate investment advisory firm serving international investors, HNWIs, and family offices.

The role involves turning market research and investment insights into authority-building content, managing social media, cold email outreach, lead generation, CRM, and basic video editing — with the ideal candidate able to move from research to execution independently, driving credible, targeted conversations with serious investors rather than volume-based marketing.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, flexible schedule within the client’s business hours (UAE Time, 20 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Manage and develop the organisation’s social media presence, with a strong focus on professional and investor-focused platforms
• Create intelligent, research-led content around Dubai real estate, investment strategy, market movements, yields, capital growth, risk, due diligence, and portfolio construction
• Turn market research, advisory insights, articles, reports, and investment frameworks into high-quality social media content
• Develop content that positions the organisation as an independent source of perspective rather than another property sales channel
• Research and identify relevant investors, family offices, international prospects, strategic contacts, and media opportunities
• Develop and execute targeted cold email campaigns to initiate high-quality investor conversations
• Create thoughtful follow-up sequences that nurture prospects without relying on aggressive sales messaging
• Manage prospect information, interactions, follow-ups, and campaign activity within the CRM
• Support campaigns promoting market reports, investor guides, strategic reviews, private resources, and other high-value content
• Create polished short-form videos, graphics, and visual content from existing research and insights
• Monitor content, outreach, and campaign performance and identify what is generating meaningful investor interest
• Continuously refine messaging, targeting, content, and outreach based on audience response and performance data

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, lead generation, or a related field
• Proven experience creating content for professional, investment, financial, real estate, consulting, or other high-value audiences
• Exceptional written English and the ability to communicate complex subjects in a sophisticated but accessible way
• Strong experience with cold email outreach, prospecting, lead nurturing, and follow-up
• Practical CRM experience, including lead management, segmentation, activity tracking, and pipeline hygiene
• Experience executing digital campaigns and using performance data to improve results
• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar subjects and extract meaningful insights
• Strong editorial judgement and an understanding of how to build authority through content
• Basic video editing and visual content creation skills
• Ability to work independently and become productive with minimal training

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, investors, wealth managers, or senior executives
• Experience in Dubai real estate, investment advisory, wealth management, financial services, or professional services
• Experience creating investment research, market commentary, thought leadership, or executive content
• Familiarity with Dubai property data, RERA, DLD, developer analysis, rental yields, capital appreciation, and off-plan investment
• Experience using LinkedIn for investor or senior decision-maker outreach
