- Convert complex M&A and investment banking processes into structured, knowledge-rich outputs
- Build, review, and annotate high-quality financial models, including: Integrated 3-statement models, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models, Leveraged Buyout (LBO) models, M&A transaction models
- Create and refine investor-grade materials such as investment committee memos, CIM sections, and diligence reports
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated financial analyses for accuracy, structure, and clarity
- Structure datasets and modeling frameworks to train finance-focused AI systems
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to accurately capture real-world deal dynamics
- Maintain exceptional standards of written and verbal communication across all deliverables
Key Skills:
- 2–7+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate Development
- Direct transaction experience including live deal execution and due diligence
