Summary: The Investment Banking Analyst role is a remote hourly contract position focused on advanced valuation analyses and financial modeling. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced valuation analyses including DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transactions.
- Build and maintain complex financial models such as 3-statement models and cash flow projections.
- Develop and refine deal models including LBO and merger models with accretion/dilution analysis.
- Analyze industry-specific financial structures such as REIT models, sale leasebacks, and NAV calculations.
- Conduct detailed due diligence including unit economics, cohort analysis, and transaction-specific insights.
- Support complex transactions including carve-outs, spin-offs, and structured deals.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders through concise communication.
