Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis and execution of capital markets transactions including IPO and SPAC structures.
- Advise on sponsor economics including carried interest, co-investment models, and incentive structures.
- Support bespoke transaction structuring such as Reverse Morris Trusts and tailored deal strategies.
- Build and refine advanced deal models with sensitivity analysis and leverage optimization.
- Provide strategic insights on fundraising approaches and market access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare and deliver clear, high-quality communication for senior stakeholders and investors.
