Summary: Mercor is seeking Finance Experts based in the U.S., UK, Canada, Europe, or East Asia for a research project with a leading AI lab. Key Responsibilities:

- Complete a 2-hour paid assessment of modeling skills.
- Log hours worked for weekly payment via Stripe Connect.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
- Experience in product groups such as Restructuring & Distressed Investing, PIPE, IPO modeling, and Derivatives.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Ability to work asynchronously and manage time effectively.

The vetting process involves: ~10 minute behavioral interview asking about previous deals you’ve worked on Technical assessment ( < 30 minutes) evaluating financial expertise One 2h paid assessment of modeling skills
