Summary: The Intune Consultant role involves providing expert support and troubleshooting for a Windows Hello implementation project using Microsoft Intune. The consultant will diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting workstations, ensuring a stable and fully operational deployment across all devices. This hands-on position requires strong technical knowledge of Intune and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Windows Hello deployment via Intune.
  • Deliver a fully configured and operational Windows Hello implementation across all relevant devices.
  • Investigate and resolve issues affecting some of the endpoint devices.

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of endpoint security, compliance policies, and identity protection within Intune and Azure AD.
  • Experience supporting or resolving issues with Windows Hello for Business.

Intune Consultant – Remote

VIQU IT are currently working with a customer who are seeking an experienced Intune Consultant to provide SME level support and troubleshooting expertise to help deliver a Windows Hello implementation project.

The customer initiated the rollout internally using Microsoft Intune but encountered technical issues that have affected some workstations. The successful Intune SME will be brought in to diagnose, stabilise, and fully implement Windows Hello across all devices — while ensuring affected systems are restored to their optimal state.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep Intune knowledge, problem-solving ability, and strong stakeholder communication.

Intune Consultant's Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues the Windows Hello deployment via Intune.
  • Deliver a full configured and operational Windows Hello Implementation across all relevant devices
  • Investigate and resolve the issues affecting some of the endpoint devices

Intune Consultant's Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of endpoint security, compliance policies, and identity protection within Intune and Azure AD.
  • Experience supporting or resolving issues with Windows Hello for Business.
  • Someone who’s confident, proactive, and a good communicator.
