Interim Internal Recruiter (Remote)

Location: Remote

Contract: Interim (with potential to become permanent)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience

We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join a fast-paced logistics organisation on an interim basis. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-volume Recruitment campaigns across a range of low to mid-level operational and support roles, helping to attract and secure top talent in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume vacancies
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates efficiently
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Monitor recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate records

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years' recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies in a high-volume environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Previous agency recruitment experience is highly desirable
