Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert recruitment advice across areas such as candidate attraction, sourcing, screening, assessment, compliance, inclusive hiring, and recruitment technology.
- Deliver and manage multiple recruitment campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and senior managers to align recruitment with future workforce plans.
- Promote the organisation's brand and employee value proposition through LinkedIn, job fairs, and networking events.
- Manage relationships with outsourced suppliers to ensure value and effective service delivery.
- Ensure a high-quality, customer-focused recruitment service and seek opportunities for continuous improvement using data and technology.
- Take ownership of personal development and stay current with recruitment trends.

- Significant experience in a 360 senior in-house recruitment role within a complex organisation.
