Summary: This role is for a fully remote freelance Interior Technician to assist a small design studio in producing comprehensive drawing packages for Food & Beverage projects. The position requires expertise in AutoCAD and knowledge of UK regulations, with the flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis. Candidates can operate through their own Limited Company and must have their own equipment and software. The role offers competitive daily rates and is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce full technical drawing packages for food & beverage design projects.
• Collaborate with the design studio on various projects as needed.
• Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed drawings for both front and back of house elements.
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations in all produced drawings.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience as an Interior Technician, Architectural Assistant, or Architectural Technician.
• Understanding of UK regulations related to food & beverage design.
• Possession of a laptop and AutoCAD license; SketchUp knowledge is a bonus.
