Summary: HW Interim Solutions is seeking an Interim Product Manager specializing in Mortgages for a Midlands-based Financial Services client for an initial 6-month period. The role involves maintaining mortgage product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting financial monitoring models. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management within the financial services sector and a strong understanding of the UK mortgage market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and drive performance on mortgage products across the group and new business.
- Identify opportunities to ensure mortgage products are delivering against KPI’s.
- Support financial monitoring models including technical mortgage pricing that relate to fund costs, hedging and bad debt provisions.
- Produce monitoring and performance reports for key stakeholders each week/month.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in a product manager role within Financial services or regulated environment.
- Detailed knowledge of the UK mortgage market, core products, and competitor activity.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to handle complex data sets and pricing analysis.
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
