A PE-backed financial services firm is currently devising a refreshed 5-year strategic value creation plan, after a change in main investor earlier this year. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, you will be helping to set up the PMO function in anticipation of a large amount of high-impact change initiatives in the near future. ResponsibilitiesStructure the PMO activities and governance at Group level, to ensure initiatives are on track to be delivered according to time, budget, and governance standards.Build a detailed roadmap which clearly states stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables. Build the benefits and cost trackers, and set reporting structures to ensure appropriate amounts of detail are filtered through from team to group levels, as well as PE partners. RequirementsProven experience in building a PMO function, with an understanding of how to set up structures and process, not just run them.Prior experience from a consulting firm, with exposure to complex transformation programmes, ideally for PE-backed companies.Ideally worked in financial services, with an understanding of added regulation and governance required.
