Summary: The role is for an experienced IT Business Analyst to implement a major platform for an insurance broker, working closely with Global Change & Transformation Directors. The position requires a strong background in the insurance sector, particularly in Broker platform or Policy Admin System implementation. The contract is for 6 months with potential extensions, and the candidate should be available within 2-4 weeks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis and change management within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Global Change & Transformation Directors to implement a major platform.
  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation, workflow, and process designs for platform roll-out.
  • Guide the business through change, owning the AS-IS-TO-BE process.
  • Gain trust and buy-in from the business, providing reassurance during uncertainty.
  • Conduct both IT and business-facing business analysis.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector.
  • Experience leading Broker platform or Broker Policy Admin System implementation.
  • Strong documentation and process design skills.
  • Ability to manage change and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Recent experience within the insurance industry.

  • Expertise in taking the business on a journey though change, owning the AS-IS-TO-BE
  • Gaining trust and buy-in from the business, providing reassurance to uncertainty
  • Experience in both IT and Business facing business analysis

The ideal candidate will have recent experience within insurance, be available within 2-4 weeks and come with a very strong insurance platform background.
