Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve HR and payroll systems
  • Support with improving HRIS functionality, configuration and integration

  • Develop HR Processes to align to the system, alongside creating process documentation, user guides and process maps
  • Improve HR processes and create automation
  • Support with HR systems training
  • Identify systems gaps and suggest future system improvements

  • Previous HRIS implementation experience
  • Previous experience managing HR and payroll data
  • Previous experience with developing process flows, and system configuration
  • Ideally experience working within the Education space
